Dutch

Dutch consists of Joe Martinez (bass and guitars), JD Glick (drums) and TJ Griffin (guitars and vocals). We began playing in the late summer of 2002 in many establishments in and around Washington, DC most notably, Staccato. In late 2002/early 2003 we decided that we wanted to record an album for various reasons, not the least of which was that we really, really wanted to. It took us until June to get enough material together.

The record was completed soup to nuts in six sessions. All of the recording and mixing took place at Art Of Music in Alexandria. All tracks were played and produced by Dutch. Marck Barron engineered the entire record...he also provided moral support which we repaid in the form of sandwiches from the Italian Store in Arlington, VA. Heather McLeod provided backing vocals on two of the tracks, one of which is featured below.

The record is currently being duplicated, shrinkwrapped and whatever else they do to those things. In the meantime, here's a preview.
